Established in 2009, B&C Care System, Inc. is a veteran-owned home care provider dedicated to helping individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, we provide in-home care, companion care, personal care, and respite care services to individuals and families throughout the state, including eligible Veteran (VA) and Medicaid beneficiaries.​

Our story began with a nurse’s heartfelt dedication to the patients she served and a vision of providing care that feels personal, compassionate, and dependable. Since transitioning to new ownership in February 2020, B&C Care System has experienced significant growth while remaining true to the family-oriented values that have always been at the heart of our mission.
